Karen-Marie Katholm has joined the board of directors of Green Hydrogen Systems

Kolding, Denmark, 23 February, 2021 – Green Hydrogen Systems, a leading provider of standardized and modular electrolyzers for production of green hydrogen using renewable energy, today announced that Karen-Marie Katholm has joined the board of directors.

Karen-Marie Katholm has extensive global leadership experience from different industries and brings deep insight into sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain and operational excellence. Since 2015, Karen-Marie Katholm has been Global Integrated Operations Leader for DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences (former Danisco), leading an organization of more than 6,000 employees.

Karen-Marie Katholm is also board member of Nasdaq Copenhagen listed freight forwarding company Nordic Transport Group (NTG) and Terma, a Danish maker of defense and non-defense applications.

Karen-Marie Katholm said: “I am very excited by the opportunity to combine my professional experience from manufacturing companies with the possibility to contribute to a highly needed green transition of our energy system, which essentially is what Green Hydrogen Systems is about. I am looking forward to support and contribute to the significant expansion and up-scaling of the company to meet the surging demand for green hydrogen.”

Karen-Marie Katholm holds an engineering degree from Copenhagen University of Engineering and an Executive MBA in Change Management from Aarhus Business School.
